HMO restored and renovated the industrial complex formerly called Richard Ginori in via Lodovico il Moro on the Naviglio Grande (Big Canal) in Milan and consequently realised workshops, show rooms and offices within the same premises.

The character of the buildings, typical of a growing industrial development, and the restrictions related to the canal area imposed a conservation project and the valorisation of all the existent edifices.
