In a construction site next to the Creek Sardorella in the Sant’Olcese district of Genoa, we realised a production/industrial complex composed by 4 different functioning lots which host 15 institutions on a total of 8,600 sq.
The requalification project of the area included the realisation of a pedestrian boardwalk which connects the two creek banks for the use of local residents.
The total construction cost is of 11.5 million €.
